These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants in the events, organized by Inspire Explore Network. By submitting a registration form and participating in the Event, you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Event includes sessions, workshops, networking activities, visits to institutions, and other program-related activities. Depending on your registration type, the Organizer may provide:
Attendance and Participation
Participants must attend all scheduled sessions and activities unless excused by the Organizer. Failure to participate may result in forfeiture of benefits such as removal from the remaining event and the accommodation.
Accommodation Rules
Rooms are assigned by the Organizer, often shared.
Participants must respect roommates, maintain cleanliness, and follow venue rules (e.g., no smoking, quiet hours).
Damage to accommodation will be charged to the responsible Participant.
Health and Safety
Participants must comply with all health guidelines and report any illness immediately.
The Organizer may require proof of insurance.
Processing and Participation Fees are as stated during registration and are non-refundable, except in the event of Event cancellation by the Organizer.
No refunds will be provided for early departure, expulsion, or failure to attend.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure).
In case of cancellation, fees paid will be refunded, but the Organizer is not responsible for additional costs, such as travel or personal expenses.
Participants who cancel their attendance forfeit any fees paid and may lose provided benefits.
Participation in the Event, including travel, accommodation, meals, and institution visits, involves inherent risks (e.g., injury, illness, property loss).
The Participant releases the Organizer, its staff, volunteers, partners, and venues from liability for injury, illness, death, damage, or loss arising from participation.
Participants assume all risks and agree to indemnify the Organizer against claims.
The Organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen items or personal expenses.
The Organizer may take photos, videos, or recordings during the Event for promotional purposes.
By participating, you grant permission for your image, voice, and name to be used in Organizer materials (e.g., website, social media) without compensation.
If you object, notify the Organizer in writing before the Event.
